Felicia Boyle, Finance Director since March 2006. Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Bachelor of Science in Financial Services Management with concentrations in Applied Mathematics and History from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Currently working on MBA with a concentration in Accounting & Finance from AIU. Previously worked for the State of Vermont Agency of Transportation and Department of Public Safety. Grew up an Air Force brat, but has always called Spokane home.
Susan Fabrikant, Executive Director since 2002. Master’s in Social Work from Eastern Washington University. A 24-year veteran of Lutheran Community Services Northwest with expertise in sexual violence. Susan has committed her professional career to working on social justice issues. Originally from Brooklyn, New York—you can tell by her accent.
Mark Garrett, Client Advocate since 2003. Attended Eastern Washington University. Previous Outreach Worker with SAN. Steering Committee member of Washington State Department of Health HIV/AIDS Early Intervention Program. Steering Committee member of AIDS Treatment Activists Coalition and founding member of SAVE ADAP subcommittee of ATAC. Former Co-Chairperson and founding member of PositiveVoice Washington. Spokane Native.
Anne Kalunian, Development/Treatment Adherence Assistance since July, 2006. Graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 2002 with Bachelors Degree in Journalism. Employed for two years as volunteer coordinator at Tacoma Pierce County Human Society. Then employed by Pierce County AIDS Foundation, first in development, then as HIV, Hepatitis C and STD Community Educator.
Cherie Moss, Food Program Coordinator since 2001. Native of Cheney, Washington. Master Food Preserver’s Program for 3 years with WSU. Former managerial and sales backround in the wood products industry for 15 years. Current member of Friends of SAN helping to raise funds for the Food Program at SAN. Chair of the Moran Prairie Neighborhood Association. and a volunteer for other city and county initiatives.
Ryan Oelrich, Prevention Coordinator since February, 2007. Bachelors in Public Relations from Gonzaga University and a Pastoral Degree from Berean Bible College. Ryan worked for four years as the director of a gay youth organization, and has worked for over 10 years in the non-profit sector, working on various social justice issues ranging fom child abuse to mental health. Ryan currently serves on several boards, including the Washington Transformation Grant, INBA Outreach and the G.Y.A. An Air Force brat, Ryan has lived in various cities across the U.S., but now calls Spokane home.
Malin Orcutt, Case Manager since 2006. Graduated from Eastern Washington University with Bachelor of Fine Arts in Psychology. Previously Adult Case Manager at Spokane Mental Health. Spokane native and Reardan High School graduate.
Lori Thomas, Care Services Women’s Program Case Manager since 2001. Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and Psychology, with a minor in Applied Psychology from Eastern Washington University. Former experience with Rockwood Clinic as a manager. Spokane Native and Shadle Park High School graduate.
